From Inquiry to Wedding Day
From your first inquiry to the delivery of your final images, my wedding photography experience is designed to be simple, personal, and stress-free.
Every step is carefully planned to ensure you feel supported, understood, and able to fully enjoy your wedding day, whether you’re getting married in Ireland or planning a destination wedding in Italy.
1 - Inquiry:
Reach out via email to check availability for your wedding date and location.
When contacting me, feel free to include details such as your venue, ceremony plans, and photography vision.
Expect a response within 24 hours confirming availability, along with a bespoke proposal outlining services and detailed pricing.
2 - Relationship Building:
If you are happy enough we can set up a video call as part of the consultation process.
This can be a great way to get to know more about us, ask any additional questions and discuss your wedding vision in more detail.
Once you're satisfied with the initial communication, I'll secure your date and we can proceed with booking.
3 - Booking:
Secure your photo shoot by signing an Agreement and submitting a 20% deposit to confirm your reservation.
Don't hesitate to contact me at any point from booking to the wedding if you have any questions.
4 - Confirming Timeline:
To ensure a seamless wedding day experience and stunning photos, I'll create a personalized timeline based on your details.
This timeline will include key moments like getting ready and the ceremony, ensuring everything is perfectly timed.
5 - Wedding Day:
Relax and enjoy your special day while I take care of capturing your memories.
6 - In the week after the Wedding:
Upon request, I can provide you with a sneak peek and group photos for your thank you cards.
Additionally, I typically share a few photographs on my Instagram feed, which you can easily share with your friends and family.
If your package includes an album, I'll be in touch to discuss the next steps with you.
7 - Receiving Your Memories:
I'll meticulously select and edit the photos.
Within 2-4 months, you'll receive all your beautiful photos, ready to download, share, and print your cherished memories.

Our wedding photos at the Heritage Hotel are just wonderful - exactly what we wanted for our special day.
